Limburg is one of our more unusual branding clients. The brand concept originally started by labelling their beer bottles by hand. We wanted to embrace this history by maintaining this simplistic approach and also incorporating heavily their birthplace – Maastricht. The label is neither square or rectangular like most beer brands. It follows the geographical shape of the city. It uses a typewriter font to enhance the vintage feel of the brand.
