Our Products

We print on demand which basically means when we receive your order we work with our numerous partners to fulfill it sustainably.

We work with facilities on both US coasts—in Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California. We also have fulfillment centers in Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, and fulfillment partners in Australia and Japan. This allows us to send products out closer to their final destination than ever before!

We use water based and eco-friendly inks in a process called DTG, or direct-to-garment. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

We source all our products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply to strict labor, environmental, and safety standards. To learn more about the brands we work with, click their names here: Bella+Canvas | Gildan.

When unpacking a new garment with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent. They will both disappear after the first wash.

If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

We exclusively sell through so let us know if you have found our products elsewhere. Quality is paramount to us and by selling through our own website this is ensured.

Your order

100%! We use Stripe’s payment gateway which is world renowned and we also have full SSL (Let’s Encrypt) which guarantees peace of mind when buying through us.

We work with several big names depending on the destination. These include FEDEX, DHL, USPS and DPD.

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes, and a hoodie or mug won’t fit in there. Or a scented candle may be made and shipped from one location, while a t-shirt is printed and shipped from another.

No, Cuisitive isn’t available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Unfortunately we do not ship to the following countries and territories currently.

Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

In addition we also do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea but let’s hope we can do in the future when conditions allow us to. This list may change periodically. We’re available to all other countries and ship internationally!

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Our non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.) are usually out within 5 business days. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

It is important to note that fulfillment time does not include shipping. 

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic hitting many regions right now, these shipping times can vary greatly depending on the country destination. 

The average shipping time is 11 business days depending on the delivery destination.

When you enter checkout on our site, you will be given an estimate delivery time period based on your location. 

We use Live rates which are real-time shipping rates, displayed during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing so be sure we are always up to date when it comes to our shipping.

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. The majority of our destinations do not incur extra fees but please check first or drop us a message here on the live chat in the website.

Orders can be amended within the first 24 hours after they have been placed. After that, fulfillment will have started and we can no longer make any changes. To request an edit to your order, please contact with your order number and specific request.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at or on our live chat and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you

quickly, please email us at within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your items have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, or the print appears to be off (mis-alignment, discoloration, or another error) then please get in touch with your order number and a picture of the product within 14 days of receiving the product. We will do our best to ship out a corrected product right away!
