Titu is unique to say the least. Offering only 5 tables in the heart of Mayfair, London it is one of the smallest restaurants in the city. It specialises in gyoza dumplings. We were asked to create a menu incorporating this symbol of Titu. They are almost wafer thin and crispy so we wanted to reflect this in the design. By overlapping the dumplings and using a heavy amount of texture we succeeded in meeting their requirements.
